So, Jake and I have made the decision to move to Alaska. We have the opportunity to go there and both of us will have jobs immediately. I am very excited to get to know Ron and Vicki more, since they are the only ones out of all of Jake's siblings that I dont know very well.Vicki has a close friend that is opening up a rehab center for children and adults. I am going to be working with the children, and Jake will be with the adults. I am very much looking forward to this type of work. I love being around kids, and the ones with handicaps or challenges are such an example to me.
It will be hard leaving behind what I have here. My family, my job, my friends, etc. I will miss them all dearly. But I am also looking forward to a life changing experience, one that I probably would never had the chance to do without the help of Vicki.
And I said in the title that I had a FEW things to share and blog about..... both of which are going to lead to alot more blogging... yay!! The first thing was about us moving...... and the second is....
We are expecting! I know its way early to be telling people, but we are excited (well, let me rephrase that..... I AM EXCITED!! Jake is scared....) We have been trying since December, and leave it to us, to finally make it happen, when we are going to be moving.
